President Clinton has signed the $500 billion omnibus spending bill passed by Congress, averting what would have been a partial government shutdown. The bill includes funding for education, defense, and significant aid for agriculture. NPR's Don Gonyea reports from the White House.

United Nations Weapons Inspectors Return to Iraq

House Judiciary Committee Continues Impeachment Hearings
